The Role

n

We're looking for multiple Data Engineers with strong experience in cloud-based data engineering and modern data stacks. You'll design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing data solutions using technologies such such as Snowflake, DBT/Coalesce, Fivetran, Databricks, and Python/Java, while also building capability in Salesforce CRMA and Data Cloud

What You'll Be Working On

n

n
- Extracting and profiling source data to identify missing values, duplicates, inconsistent formats and relationship issues
n
- Developing and maintaining SQL scripts, data preparation routines and ETL/ELT processes
n
- Designing and implementing scalable data solutions using modern cloud data platforms
n
- Implementing approved source-to-target mappings and transformation rules
n
- Performing data validation, reconciliation and unit testing
n
- Investigating rejected records, migration defects and data discrepancies
n
- Loading data into Salesforce and Snowflake using agreed engineering patterns
n
- Supporting migration testing cycles, rehearsals, cutover and post-migration validation
n
- Working with technologies such as Snowflake, dbt/Coalesce, Fivetran and Databricks
n
- Developing data processing and automation solutions using Python and/or Java
n
- Supporting and building capability across Salesforce CRM Analytics and Data Cloud
n
- Maintaining mapping specifications, technical documentation and operational runbooks
n
- Following version control, testing,



deployment and secure data-handling standards
n
- Collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to identify and resolve data issues
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- 3+ years' experience designing and implementing contemporary data stacks
n
- Hands-on experience in Data Engineering, ETL/ELT development or Data Migration
n
- Strong SQL knowledge, including joins, transformations and validation queries
n
- Experience with Python, Java or another scripting/programming language
n
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and modern data engineering technologies
n
- Good understanding of relational databases, keys, relationships and data-quality principles
n
- Experience testing data processes and investigating reconciliation discrepancies
n
- Familiarity with version control and structured software development practices
n
- Solid attention to detail and good technical documentation skills
n
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams
n
- Ability to proactively identify, communicate and escalation data-quality or migration issues
n

Good to Have

- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks
n
- Experience using dbt and/or Coalesce
n
- Experience with Fivetran or similar data integration tools
n
- Experience with Salesforce data loading,Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) and Data Cloud

- Exposure to SQL Server, DB2 or other enterprise database platforms
n
- Experience with cloud integration tools or automated data testing
n
- Experience working with sensitive information in controlled environments
