About You

You’ll be an experienced warehouse professional who:

- Hardworking
- Strong skills in stock control
- 5+ years’ experience in a busy warehouse workplace
- Is confident managing high SKU volumes and maintaining accurate stock
- Has experience with stocktakes, cycle counts, receiving, picking, packing and dispatch
- Holds a current forklift licence with demonstrated experience
- Holds a full unrestricted driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Is physically capable of safely lifting and moving items up to 25kg




- Is organised, reliable and able to work calmly under pressure
- Takes ownership and can work independently without constant direction
- Has excellent attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving
- Is comfortable using computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Is safety-conscious and committed to maintaining a clean and organised warehouse
- Is a team player with a good sense of humour – we work hard, but we enjoy working with good people!

Your Role

You’ll play an important role in keeping our Auburn warehouse running smoothly and ensuring our customers receive the right products, on time.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining accurate stock levels, locations and labelling
- Picking, packing and dispatching orders from small cartons through to large pallets
- Loading and unloading trucks using forklifts and pallet equipment
- Receiving and storing incoming stock
- Conducting regular stocktakes and cycle counts
- Unloading containers and handling large or oversized items
- Organising freight and providing freight estimates when required
- Preparing customer orders and assisting with customer pickups
- Completing local deliveries when required
- Maintaining a safe, clean and productive warehouse
- Identifying opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiency
- Supporting the team with general warehouse duties as required

Eligibility

Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
