Brisk Transport is growing, and we're looking for an experienced MR Driver / Crew Leader to join our Melbourne removals team based in Clayton South.

With 30+ years in the removals industry and more than 200,000 moves completed, Brisk Transport is an established, family-owned Australian company known for reliable service, looking after our customers and supporting our people.

This is an opportunity for an experienced removalist to take the next step, leading a 2–3 person crew and helping deliver a professional, safe and stress‑free moving experience for our customers.

What We Offer

- $90,000 per annum + super
- Full‑time, permanent position
- Up to 45 hours per week
- 11‑day fortnight, including every second Saturday

About the Role

As an MR Driver / Crew Leader, you'll play an significant role in leading your crew and ensuring every removal job is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Your day will involve:

- Leading a 2–3 person removalist crew
- Driving manual MR removal vehicles
- Safely transporting customers' furniture and belongings
- Working with your crew to load and unload furniture and containers
- Safely securing and protecting furniture and household items




- Assisting with the safe movement and handling of furniture
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout every move
- Ensuring customers' belongings are handled with care and professionalism
- Minimising damage and claims through safe and professional moving practices
- Completing paperwork and job documentation accuratelyFollowing safe work practices and company procedures
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of your vehicle
- Working longer days when required to complete jobs to a high standard
- Representing Brisk Transport professionally at all times

This is a hands‑on leadership role, so you'll be driving as well as working alongside your crew to get the job done safely and efficiently.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced removalist who is reliable, hardworking and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.

You’ll need:

- Current MR or above manual driver's licence
- Minimum 12 months' experience driving manual MR trucks
- Minimum 2 years' experience within the removals industry
- Previous experience working as part of a removalist crew, with the ability to confidently lead a 2–3 person team
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude




- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A professional presentation and attitude
- The ability to safely lift and manoeuvre furniture and household items
- A strong understanding of safe furniture handling and removal practices
- A strong commitment to minimising damage and claims
- The ability to complete paperwork and job documentation accurately
- The ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure
- Flexibility to work longer days when required
- Valid Australian work rights
