Qualified Electrician – Full-Time | Wodonga

$50 – $60 per hour + opportunities to advance | Rotating Roster | Full-Time

Staffpower are currently seeking a qualified Electrician to join a leading operation in Wodonga.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced electrician looking for a stable, full-time position, competitive pay and opportunities for career development.

The Role

Working as part of a skilled shift team, you will be responsible for electrical maintenance, fault finding and ensuring production processes operate efficiently with minimal downtime.

Roster:

- 6:00am – 2:00pm
- 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- Occasional 4:00am start
- Overtime available when required

Pay:

$50 – $60 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities to advance.

Key Responsibilities

- General electrical maintenance and fault finding
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults to minimise production downtime
- Experience working within PLC,



SCADA and power generation environments
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks through the CMMS program
- Ensure production processes are maintained and operating efficiently
- Participate in cutting-edge projects, training and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Contribute as an integral member of the shift team
- Be available for overtime when required

About You

To be successful, you will have:

- Current A Grade Victorian Electrical Licence – essential
- General electrical experience
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Excellent maintenance capabilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- A proactive approach to safety and maintenance
- Industrial refrigeration experience is highly regarded, but willingness to learn will also be considered
- Experience with PLC and SCADA systems.
