James St Medical - Casual Medical Receptionist – Immediate start

James St Medical is looking for a friendly, reliable and patient-focused Medical Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis.

This role is for approximately 16 hours per week, with shifts to be worked across our practice opening hours.

About the role: You will be an important part of our reception team, providing a welcoming and professional experience for our patients while supporting our doctors and nurses with day-to-day administration.

We are looking for someone who has:

- Has previous medical reception or healthcare administration experience
- Is warm, professional and genuinely enjoys helping people
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Can confidently manage a busy reception workplace
- Works well as part of a team
- Has strong attention to detail and a positive attitude

Experience with Best Practice software is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided to the right applicant.
