This role will have you selling a wide range of excellent and exclusive home furniture.

n

In this role, you will work in the retail store and:

n

n
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email but mostly inperson.
n
- Greet new customers and build relationships with them to help facilitate the sale.
n
- With support and training, you will keep updated on available products and trends.
n
- The training provided will also help you to speak confidently about the features and benefits of the products.
n
- You will also be able to consult on styles, fabrics and manufacturing methods.
n




- Follow up on past and new leads and proactively source new opportunities.
n
- All while working with the team to achieve sales targets.
n
- Please note this role requires Weekend Work - Every Saturday and Sunday
n

To be successful in your application, we are looking for:

n

n
- Experience in a retail sales environment.
n
- It would be ideal if you had experience in furniture or similar products but it's not essential.
n
- Strong sales background.
n
- Experience achieving sales targets.
n
- Ability to work weekends.
n
- Great presentation skills and ability to build trust with customers.
n
- Experience following up leads and staying engaged with customers once they have left the store.
n
- A positive can-do attitude.
n
- Self-drive and a high attention to detail.
n
