The role will work collaboratively with contractors, renters, local area offices, internal stakeholders, and the broader Victorian Government in developing initiatives that deliver holistic outcomes and service standards to the communities to enhance renter experiences, ensure safety, deliver efficiencies, and ensures value for money.

Key responsibilities

- The Manager Security Services is responsible for leading the delivery of contracted security services to ensure the safety of Homes Victorias clients, people, property, and assets.
- The Manager Security Services will also be responsible for the development, implementation and management of area-based security plans, including risk management plans as they relate to operational security delivery.
- Design and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols that align with industry best practice, legislative requirements and the broader department safety framework to protect the departments clients, people, property, and assets.
