About the Role
n
You'll be working on a variety of commercial projects involving:
n
n
- Plant rooms
n
- Chillers
n
- Boilers
n
- FCUs (Fan Coil Units)
n
- AHUs (Air Handling Units)
n
- Commercial heating and chilled water pipework
n
n
Projects are located throughout Greater Sydney, so flexibility to travel between sites is essential.
n
What We're Looking For
n
The successful applicant will have:
n
n
- Minimum 3 years' experience in mechanical plumbing
n
- Strong knowledge of commercial mechanical services
n
- Experience installing plant room pipework, FCUs, AHUs, chillers and boilers
n
- Competent and experienced in silver soldering/brazing copper pipework
n
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
n
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
n
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
n
- Excellent communication skills
n
- White Card
n
- Full PPE (Hi-Vis, steel cap boots and hard hat)
n
- Own hand tools
n
- EWP Ticket (preferred)
n
- Current Australian Driver Licence
n
- Two contactable work references
n
