As a Dietitian at the AHP2 level, you'll work across both food service and clinical streams — a genuinely varied role that lets you shape patient nutrition outcomes from the ward to the plate.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver evidence-based nutrition assessment, intervention, and counselling across inpatient clinical caseloads relevant to the Lyell McEwin Hospital and Modbury Hospital (Acute services).
- Contribute to food service operations, including menu review, therapeutic diet management, and quality improvement activities.
- Collaborate within an integrated allied health team to support patient-centred care across the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network.
- Participate in student supervision, continuing professional development, and service improvement initiatives.

What you need





- In this role you will have solid interpersonal and communication skills which will enable you to successfully problem solve, resolve conflicts and negotiate, including the ability to engage in difficult conversations, whilst building and maintaining relationships.
- An ability to effectively manage multiple, diverse and competing priorities and demonstrated resilience within a stressful and complex environment is essential to this role.
- Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and eligibility for membership with Dietitians Australia.
