About the role:

- Lead from the floor. Provide high-quality clinical care, support complex decision-making and step up to lead the team when needed.
- Teach, coach and inspire.



Bring your knowledge to life by supporting nurses and clinical staff with hands-on education, training and skill development.
- Champion better care. Promote evidence-based practice, quality improvement and research to help achieve the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Be the team connector. Work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager and wider multidisciplinary team, building strong relationships and creating a supportive learning environment.

About you:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is essential. Postgraduate cardiac nursing qualifications are highly regarded, or you'll be ready to work towards them.
- Confident leading others, supporting great nursing practice and making decisions with integrity.
- You can assess, plan and coordinate complex, person-centred care while solving problems and keeping patient outcomes front and centre.
- Great communicator who knows how to build relationships, collaborate across teams, navigate tricky conversations and bring people together.

What we offer:

Total remuneration value of up to $73,647 p.a. is comprised of:

- An hourly rate between $57.76 - $61.85 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
