What you Bring:

- A minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or a relevant Certificate III/IV qualification.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in an aged care home,ideally with proven skills in mentoring and supporting other carers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with older people and their families.
- The ability to understand and follow individual client care plans.
- Sound problem-solving skills and the judgement to know when to elevate issues to a supervisor.
- Proven time management and multi-tasking abilities.
- A proactive, dedicated approach to delivering best-practice care.
- Flexibility to adapt to workplace demands and a collaborative team spirit.
