- Checking plans and jobs before production
- Attending sites and carrying out check measures
- Troubleshooting complex jobs that need an experienced eye
- Keeping jobs moving and communicating with the team
- Helping train and develop younger tradespeople
- Jumping on the tools when needed
About you
- Strong industry experience and excellent practical knowledge
- Knows custom cabinetry and kitchens inside out
- Can read and check plans confidently
- Can lead and support a team
- Organised and thinks ahead
- Has high standards and takes pride in the finished product
- Can communicate professionally with clients, trades and staff
$100,000-$120,000 package
A mix of management, workshop and site work

Flexible schedule and 4 day week
