About the Role As a PCA, you’ll be providing personal care, companionship, and support to residents in aged care settings.



We offer a variety of shifts across different facilities, giving you the freedom to build your own roster while making a genuine impact.

Essential Criteria

- Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent
- At least 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience
- Reliable, registered and insured vehicle + valid driver’s licence is advantage
- Manual Handling and CPR certificates (current)
- Current Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Genuine passion for providing high-quality care and improving lives

- Empathetic and patient with strong communication skills
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Able to adapt quickly in dynamic care environments
- Committed to ongoing professional development
