About the Opportunity

As a Lending Specialist, you’ll act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the lending process. You’ll take ownership of enquiries, assess customer needs, coordinate documentation, work closely with internal stakeholders, and help guide applications through to successful settlement. This is a relationship-driven role that requires a strong balance of customer service, commercial acumen, and lending expertise. You’ll have the prospect to build trusted relationships with clients, deliver outstanding customer outcomes, and contribute directly to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to settlement.
- Build strong relationships and maintain regular communication with customers throughout the lending journey.
- Gather, assess,



and validate supporting documentation.
- Prepare and package applications for credit assessment.
- Work closely with credit, operations, and leadership teams to facilitate smooth loan processing.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management activities.
- Ensure compliance with responsible lending obligations and internal policies.
- Proactively manage settlement pipelines and customer follow‑up activities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving business objectives.

About You

You may currently be working as a Lending Specialist, Lending Manager, Mortgage Broker, Loan Processor, Relationship Manager, or within a broader banking and financial services environment. You are passionate about helping customers, enjoy building relationships, and understand the importance of delivering a high‑quality lending experience.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer‑first mindset, and the ability to effectively manage multiple applications and stakeholders simultaneously.

Experience within residential lending, mortgage broking, or financial services will be highly regarded, along with the ability to operate in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.
