We are seeking an experienced ICT Change Management Lead to join a local government organisation and lead change management activities across a portfolio of complex ICT projects.

This is a key role responsible for ensuring people, processes and technology are effectively prepared for and able to adopt organisational change.

- Develop and implement change, communication and business readiness plans

- Assess change impacts, readiness and adoption across diverse stakeholder groups

- Partner with project and business leaders to drive successful implementation

- Coach and support senior leaders in their role as change sponsors
n
- Lead and develop a high-performing change management team
n
- Monitor readiness, engagement, training and adoption outcomes
n
- Provide expert change management advice across complex ICT programs
n
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, consultation and engagement activities

We are looking for a strategic and highly experienced change professional with:

n

n
- 5+ years' experience in ICT Change Management
n
- Proven experience delivering change across large, complex ICT projects
n
- Experience working across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
n
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and influencing capabilities
n
- Experience with change methodologies such as Prosci, PCI, Lean Change or similar
n
- Experience leading change initiatives and/or change management teams
n
- Local Government experience is desirable
n
