This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work alongside the warehouse team every day, leading by example and ensuring orders are picked, packed and dispatched safely, accurately and on time.

Your Responsibilities

n

- Lead by example and support the warehouse team.
n
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities and priorities.
n
- Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders.
n
- Receive and check inbound freight.
n
- Load and unload trucks and operate forklifts safely.
n
- Assist with stock control and cycle counts.
n
- Coordinate freight providers and Ibex drivers to support on-time deliveries.
n
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse.
n
- Train and support new team members.
n
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
n




- Help build a positive, high-performance team culture.

- Ensure all safety procedures are followed.

Essential Requirements

n

- Previous warehouse experience.
n
- Experience as a Leading Hand or senior warehouse team member.
n
- Current Forklift Licence.
n
- Current Driver's Licence.
n
- Good computer and organisational skills.
n
- Robust communication skills.
n
