Jymbilung House is owned and managed by Mununjali Housing and Development Company Limited a not‑for‑profit organisation dedicated to delivering high‑quality support services to the frail, aged and people with disabilities. Our services are inclusive and accessible and Jymbilung House provides Aged Care services to all members of the public.

The aim of Jymbilung House Aged Care Services is to support individuals to remain living independently in their own homes for as long as possible. We achieve this by delivering flexible, person‑centred supports to participants and their carers. Our services also provide carers with the chance to take a much‑needed break from their caring role, promoting wellbeing and sustainability of care.

By offering early and appropriate supports, Jymbilung House helps to prevent premature or inappropriate admission into permanent residential care,



enabling people to maintain dignity, independence, and connection to their community.

At Jymbilung House, we are committed to strengthening individuals, families, and communities through respectful, responsive and reliable care. We provide in-centre meals, catering and home deliveries to our participants and members of the community.

- We are looking for a permanent part-time Chef to join the Jymbilung House Team.
- You must hold a current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate or be willing to obtain one, a National Police Certificate and a C Class Drivers License.
- Monday to Wednesday, early start and early finish. No weekend work, but flexibility is required.
- You will report directly to Chef and Jymbilung House Centre Manager.
