The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator or Sales Support professional who enjoys a role with variety and plenty of moving parts. Working within a small, collaborative team, you’ll provide the administrative backbone across sales activity, customer orders, logistics and project delivery. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to keep information moving, deadlines on track, commitments followed through and product delivered on time. No two days will look exactly the same, with the role spanning everything from preparing quotes and maintaining customer records through to coordinating orders, monitoring deliveries, supporting projects and keeping stakeholders informed.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Providing day-to-day sales and administrative support to a busy commercial team;
- Responding to enquiries and ensuring requests are directed and followed up appropriately;
- Preparing quotations and maintaining accurate sales and opportunity information;
- Coordinating customer orders, purchasing activity and invoicing requirements;
- Maintaining registers, records and CRM information;
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and logistics providers regarding orders and delivery timeframes;
- Monitoring order progress and proactively following up outstanding actions;
- Supporting the coordination and delivery of customer projects;
- Maintaining project documentation, reporting and stakeholder communications;
- Assisting with contracts,

project deliverables and meeting coordination;
- Identifying issues early and working with the relevant stakeholders to keep things moving.

About You

You’ll be an organised and commercially minded administrator who enjoys taking ownership and keeping things on track. You’ll be comfortable dealing with customers and suppliers, coordinating multiple tasks and working across different areas of a business.

We’re looking for:

- Previous experience in sales administration, sales support, customer service or project administration;
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills;
- Confidence working with Excel and Microsoft Office;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines;
- A proactive approach with the confidence to follow things up and resolve issues;
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.

Why This Role?

This is a genuinely varied position where you’ll have visibility across the broader business rather than being confined to traditional administration. If you enjoy being the person who keeps things organised, communicates with stakeholders and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks, this could be a excellent next step.

The office is located close to public transport though also offers a car park if preferred and one day work from home, post completion of a 6 month probation period.
