About the Role
- Carry a complex, specialised caseload with full clinical autonomy
- Mentor and support junior clinicians informally or through a structured program
- Collaborate across disciplines on complex or chronic presentations

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience as a registered Physiotherapist
- Clinical depth in MSK, sports, or a specialty area
- Someone who leads by example, not just by title
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, multi-site environment
