Operations Co-Ordinator/Senior Allocator

We are currently seeking a Allocator/Operation's Co-Ordinator to join our team for full-time position.

Who we are

Ultimate Site Services is a leading company in the area of specialised wet plant hire.

We have over 40 assets which perform work mainly in the government infrastructure section & civil/road building.

As the Allocation/Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the below.

The running of day-to-day operations & assisting field staff.

Receiving in bound calls & e-mails from projects & clients.

Working with key customers and team members to leverage growth opportunities.

Managing the on site workers & equipment.

Daily allocation of all operation staff as required by clients & projects.

Taking orders & bookings from customers & our sales rep.

Maintaining staff levels & hiring new staff when needed.

Actively manage the compliance paperwork for sites (E.g, Inductions, onboarding, plant, SWMS, maintenance records etc.)





Assisting the admin & accounts team with job dockets, staff hours, purchase allocations & day to day items.

To be considered for the role you must have.

Must have minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.

A current and valid Australian Drivers Licence.

Strong knowledge in use of ERP systems.

Time Management & ability to make decisions.

Hard working and strong communication skills with directors & clients.

Ability to perform safety documentation. E.g SWMS, Policies & customer forms.

Be contactable by operational staff with in their working hours via phone.

Assist with all operational staff problems & queries.
