About The Role

We’re looking for a qualified A Grade Electrician to join our Ballarat team full-time. Industrial experience is not required. What matters most is that you have sound electrical skills, a strong commitment to safety and a willingness to learn. We’ll provide the right candidate with practical industrial training, experienced mentors and ongoing support to develop across automation, installation, fault-finding and maintenance.

What You’ll Be Doing

Based in Ballarat, you’ll learn through hands-on work across industrial installations, upgrades,



automation projects, commercial servicing and maintenance. You’ll be supported by experienced Electricians and Engineers who will help you develop the practical skills and confidence needed to succeed in an industrial environment delivering innovative, high-quality solutions for clients across some of Australia's most essential industries.

Complete industrial installations, project work, service and maintenance activities.

Fault finding and reactive maintenance.

Work on automation, control and electrical infrastructure projects.

Learn industrial systems and work practices through structured, on-the-job training and mentoring.

Supporting apprentices and other team members where required.

Contribute to safe, productive and high-quality project outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

A Grade Victorian Electrical Licence.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn industrial electrical work.

Current manual Driver’s Licence.

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment.

Ability to obtain a Police Check and Working with Children Check.

Confidence using Microsoft applications and job management software.

A strong commitment to safety.

Bonus Points If You Have

EWP, Working at Heights or other relevant tickets

Experience using AroFlo or similar job management software

Experience mentoring apprentices or supporting small teams

Additional Industry Relevant Training & Licences
