The successful candidate must have:
A true passion for the industry
A minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar style venue
Wine knowledge is essential
The ability to perform in high-pressure service periods
Be a team player
Be able to assist with opening and closing duties
THIS ROLE IS TARGETING PEOPLE SEEKING A HEALTHY WORK-LIFE BALANCE- Wednesday to Saturday - 4 Dinner Services + 2 Lunches
