Saltbush is seeking an Employment Services Program Manager to lead the Darwin-based Employment Services team. You will drive the delivery and continuous improvement of contracted services, oversight of budgets and compliance, and build solid partnerships with employers and government agencies.

You will report to the CEO, supporting strategic direction and ensuring culturally appropriate, person-centred service delivery to Aboriginal job seekers.
