About the Role

n

Warramunda Village is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Nurses to join our dedicated clinical team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality, person-centred care within a supportive aged care environment.

n

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the early identification of residents with at-risk clinical and behavioural issues through reviewing and assessing KPI's, incident reports, progress notes, and correspondence. The role is also responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating resident-focused clinical care plans that support best practice outcomes and mitigate risk.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Monitor acute changes in resident's wellbeing
n
- Identify high-risk residents and ensure care reflects best practice standards
n
- Report all clinical issues to the Clincial Care Co-Ordinator in a timely manner
n
- Provide supervision, development,



and mentorship to Team Leaders
n
- Oversee clinical care in collaboration with Team Leaders, Enrolled Nurses, and Personal Care Workers
n
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation that meets regulatory requirements, including but not limited to the Aged Care Act, SIRS, WorkSafe, and AN-ACC
n
- Participate in continuous quality improvement activities and relevant audits
n
- Follow emergency response procedures
n

Essential Requirements

n

n
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Division 1 Nurse
n
- Bachelor of Nursing qualification
n
- Demonstrated experience in clinical assessments and care planning
n
- Strong problem-solving and clinical decision-making skills
n
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
n
- Ability to role model organisational values and positive workplace behaviours
n
- Sound understanding of AN-ACC, including reporting and charting requirements
n
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
n
