Stocklist and land acquisition coordinator

We are a wholesale residential building company operating in QLD and VIC specialising in designing, aggregating, and packaging high-yield house and land solutions. We provide ready-to-construct property stock to investment networks, financial planners, and brokers.

About the role

We are seeking an exceptionally organized and proactive Coordinator to manage our master stocklist, find and secure viable land stock, build attractive turn-key house and land packages, and execute our weekly digital marketing outreach. This is a crucial internal role focused on inventory accuracy and creative packaging—not direct sales or client channel management.

You will be reponsible for every house and land package sold across the company in VIC and QLD

The role has a Base Salary plus $500 Bonus for every package sold through our channels (expect 100-200 sales per year).

Base Salary - $85,000 - $95,000

Key responsibilities

- Own and maintain the master company stocklist database. Ensure real-time accuracy regarding lot availability, wholesale pricing variations, build spec details, and land statuses.
- Liaise with land developers and estates to identify, evaluate, and secure viable blocks of land across high-growth corridors.
- Match sourced land blocks with optimized internal building designs to create highly competitive, turn-key wholesale house and land packages.



Calculate and verify margins, total package costs, and estimated investor yields.
- Coordinate and execute weekly electronic direct mail (EDM) campaigns. Package newly available stock, featured deals, and stocklist updates into clean, skilled email formats to blast out to our partner network (ideal not essential).
- Ensure all active package data, promotional flyers, and stock files are perfectly synced and formatted within internal spreadsheets or the company CRM system.

About you

- Prior experience within a residential building company creating house and land packages
- Prior experience sourcing land from developers to package house and land packages
- Understanding of siting and pricing homes on land
- High proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and data entry accuracy.
- Familiarity with digital marketing or EDM platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Active Campaign) to handle email layouts and list distributions (ideal but not necessary).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills; comfortable coordinating with multiple land developers weekly.
