We're looking for a floor-driven, energetic and an overall bloody valuable human to join the team here at 3030 Waterfront.

n

We're a busy, thriving waterfront restaurant with a young, diverse team, so we're after someone who can lead from the front, keep the floor moving and have a laugh while doing it. You'll be one of the key people running the show on the floor, making sure service is smooth, the team is supported and our guests have a memorable time.

You'll be responsible for:

n

n
- Leading the floor during busy services
n
- Keeping service moving and jumping in wherever needed
n
- Supporting, motivating and managing a young team
n
- Running pre-service briefings and keeping everyone switched on
n
- Handling guest questions, feedback and the occasional curveball
n
- Keeping standards high across service, presentation and hospitality
n
- Working closely with the kitchen and management team
n
- Opening and closing the venue when required
n
- Training and developing new team members
n
- Helping with day-to-day venue operations
n
- Being the person the team can rely on when it gets busy
n

- A good communicator with a great sense of humour

- Calm under pressure and able to think on their feet

- Someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality

- Comfortable working with a young and diverse team
n
- Willing to jump on the floor and get stuck in
n
- Someone who can hold the team accountable while still being approachable
n
- Experienced in a supervisor, team leader, duty manager or restaurant management role
n
