This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to take the lead of a women's fashion store at Warringah Mall.

We’re looking for someone who knows retail, knows how to drive a team and is commercially minded when it comes to sales and store performance. You’ll be responsible for leading the team, driving KPIs and creating an exceptional customer experience, while maintaining strong operational and visual standards across the store.

The Role

- Lead, coach and develop a team to achieve and exceed sales and KPI targets
- Drive store performance through strong commercial awareness and a focus on results
- Create a customer-first environment and lead from the shop floor
- Recruit, onboard and develop team members
- Manage stock levels, stock control and loss prevention
- Maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation
- Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve sales
- Build a positive, motivated and accountable team culture
- Ensure the store operates smoothly and consistently to brand standards

About You

- Previous experience as a Store Manager
- Fashion retail experience is preferred
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and what drives sales performance
- Confident people leader who enjoys coaching and developing a team
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on achieving results
- Experience across recruitment, stock management and visual merchandising
- Hands‑on, organised and able to take ownership of the store
- A genuine passion for fashion, customers and creating a great team environment
