Working as part of the Portfolio and Governance team, the role contributes to portfolio‑level analysis, reporting and coordination activities that support informed decision‑making by senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

- The role works closely with senior portfolio analysts, project teams and governance functions to help maintain accurate portfolio information, surface emerging issues and support the smooth operation of portfolio processes.
- The role provides a development prospect for building skills in portfolio management, governance and analysis within a complex, technology‑enabled environment, while contributing practical, high‑quality support to portfolio planning and oversight activities.

What you need

- Supports the application of ICT portfolio management frameworks, processes and governance requirements across the project portfolio.
- Assists in maintaining portfolio data, documentation and artefacts in accordance with agreed standards and processes.
- Prepares clear, accurate portfolio reports, summaries and supporting materials for senior analysts and governance forums.
