We are currently seeking dedicated Pick-Packers and Pick-Packers and General Warehouse workers to join our dynamic team in the western suburbs. These roles are vital in supporting our warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution operations across the Western Suburbs.

n

n *Monday to Friday, with the following shifts: (Preferences are not guaranteed)

n

- Day : 6am - 2pm
n
- Afternoon: 2pm - 10pm
n

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Assembling, sorting, and packing products
n
- Operating basic machinery and equipment
n
- Conducting quality control checks
n
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
n
- Adhering to site-specific safety and hygiene protocols
n
- Performing general warehouse or production duties
n
- Picking, packing, and labelling items for dispatch
n
- Organising and maintaining stock within the warehouse
n
- Assisting with inventory counts and stock rotation
n
- Operating warehouse equipment (Forklifts and LO Operators - license required,



pallet jacks, tuggers)
n
- Communicating clearly with colleagues and supervisors
n
- Using RF scanning technology for product tracking
n
- Meeting daily KPIs and operational deadlines
n

n

Requirements:

n

n
- Previous experience in manufacturing, automated warehousing environment preferred
n
- Physically capable of lifting and handling materials
n
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
n
- Familiarity with RF scanning and warehouse systems is a plus
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
n
- Endurance for long-standing or repetitive tasks
n
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
n
- Forklift licence and /or LO license is desirable, but not essential
n
