AU017 Mercer Outsourcing (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking a Case Manager to support our Plan Administration team across Australia. The role is hybrid and based in Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney or Brisbane, requiring three days per week in the office.

You will liaise with customers, executors, beneficiaries and other stakeholders to manage claims for deceased estates, TPD and related perks. The successful candidate will be highly organised, with excellent communication and confidentiality skills.
