About the role

We're looking for a gun recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and loves the challenge of filling roles quickly with quality candidates. Working from our Smithfield Head Office as part of the recruitment team, you'll source, screen and place candidates, build solid talent pipelines, manage candidate availability and partner with our Account Managers to deliver exceptional service to clients across Australia.

Key responsibilities

- Own the recruitment process by sourcing, attracting and securing quality candidates across a range of blue-collar industries.
- Build and maintain strong candidate networks and talent pools to support high-volume labour hire requirements.
- Partner with Account Managers nationally to understand client needs and deliver the right people, fast.
- Screen, interview and assess candidates to ensure they are reliable, suitable and ready to start.




- Use Bullhorn ATS/CRM daily to manage candidate pipelines, workflows and recruitment activity.
- Proactively source and headhunt candidates through multiple channels to find the best talent.
- Take ownership of results by balancing speed, quality, compliance and candidate experience.

About you

- Has proven experience in labour hire recruitment, resourcing, or high-volume blue-collar recruitment.
- Knows how to source, screen and secure quality candidates quickly.
- Is confident using ATS/CRM systems (Bullhorn experience is essential).
- Is proactive, driven and takes ownership of recruitment outcomes.
- Builds strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.
- Has excellent organisation skills and a strong eye for detail.
- Enjoys working as part of a collaborative recruitment team but can also work autonomously.
- Has a current driver's licence, reliable transport and the flexibility to travel when required.
