About the role

This is a full-time Client Services Officer role based in our Newcastle office. In this role, you will assist in implementing the advice provided to our clients, ensuring recommendations are executed accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with our team of Financial Planners to deliver a seamless client experience and provide high-quality support throughout the advice and implementation process.

What you’ll be doing

- Insurance/Investment & Super Applications, Insurance reviews and claims
- Assist with the preparation of client documentation and statements
- Implementing financial advice in areas of super, insurance, investments, self-managed super funds etc.
- Investment Portfolio applications and ongoing management




- Liaise with internal teams clients and third-party providers to ensure the seamless delivery of client services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Assisting with some Compliance tasks and other projects as needed

What we’re looking for

- 3+ years’ previous experience in Financial Advice implementation in all areas including superannuation, insurance, and investment. Qualification in RG146 is preferred.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for helping clients
- A collaborative and adaptable mindset with a drive to contribute to our team's success, helping drive forward our culture of continuous improvement
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using relevant financial software and technology
- Xplan experience is essential
