Trident Services Australia is seeking a professional and licensed Full time Security Officer to join our team at Westfield Southland. This role offers a stable, set roster and the opportunity to play an important part in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and customer-focused retail environment.

Week 1: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun | 19:00 – 07:00
n Week 2: Wed, Thu, Fri | 19:00 – 07:00

What you'll be doing:

n

n
- Delivering professional, approachable front-line customer service
n
- Responding to incidents including medical, emergency, and security-related events
n
- Conducting patrols and monitoring centre activity to identify safety risks
n
- Reporting hazards, incidents, and suspicious behaviour
n
- Supporting centre operations through crowd management and de-escalation
n
- Assisting with emergency procedures, alarms, and evacuation protocols
n

n

What you'll need:

n

n
- Current VIC Private Security Individual Operator Licence (Security Guard)
n
- Crowd Controller and monitoring endorsement
n
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
n
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
n




- Ability to work a set full-time roster (night shift)
n
- High standard of personal presentation and professionalism
n
- Reliability and a proactive approach to safety and service
