You will play a crucial role in maintaining quality standards by evaluating candidate suitability from initial contact through to interviews and reference checks.

Key Responsibilities

- Screen incoming job applications and manage candidate workflow.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess qualifications and sector fit.
- Perform detailed reference checks with previous employer management.
- Make accurate suitability assessments to ensure candidates meet regulatory and operational standards.

Skills & Experience Required

- ECEC Expertise: Direct experience or solid working knowledge of the Early Childhood Education and Care sector.
- Attention to detail: strong eye for detail and ability to follow a thorough process
- Assessment Capability: Proven ability to evaluate skills, soft skills, and compliance for childcare placements
- Communication: Clear, professional verbal and written communication for interviews and reference gathering.
- Availability: Available Monday-Friday, hybrid working model available
