We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and friendly Warehouse Assistant to join our team in the Northern Beaches. In this role, you will play a key part in our daily operations, ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly and orders are dispatched accurately and on time. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in an organised environment and loves working as part of a supportive team.
Key responsibilities
Assisting with daily dispatch, picking, packing, and sorting orders.
Communicate directly with clients when required
Navigating internal websites and web platforms to process shipments.
Inventory Control and tracking, Using Microsoft Excel to assist with basic inventory tracking and data entry.
Maintaining a clean, protected, and organised warehouse environment.
Collaborating effectively with team members to meet daily dispatch deadlines.
About you
Previous experience in a warehouse or dispatch environment is highly regarded.
Excellent command of the English language both verbally and written to communicate clearly with the team and direct with customers.
Confidence with navigating websites/online portals and general PC use.
A Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel a distinct advantage
Highly reliable, organised, and a true team player with a positive attitude, ability to work independently unsupervised.
Current Australian Driving License
