We are seeking a reliable HR Truck Driver / Installer for ongoing work delivering and installing specialised equipment across Metro Melbourne, regional Victoria, and interstate.

Truck Driver / Installer - The Role

n

n
- Drive HR Pantech trucks across metro and regional routes.
n
- Safely load, move, and position high-value equipment (ATMs, medical devices, servers, and safes).
n
- Complete hands‐on installation using basic hand and power tools.
n
- Deliver professional customer service on site while maintaining Chain of Responsibility (CoR) standards.
n

Hours: 8-12 hour days (averaging 10 hours) with start times between 5:00 AM - 7:30 AM. Requires flexibility for occasional weekend work, Friday night shifts, and 1-2 overnight stays per month.

Pay:



Highly competitive hourly rate + overtime + travel allowances.

What You Need

n

n
- HR Truck License (Manual/Synchro) with 2+ years of driving experience.
n
- White Card
n
- Practical mechanical aptitude and confidence using power tools.
n
- Basic truck troubleshooting knowledge (e.g., jump‐starting a 24V truck).
n
- Robust communication skills and a customer‐focused attitude.
n
- Forklift license (preferred, but not essential).
n
