Castle Hill and Occupational Services is an established practice in the Hills district. We provide services for children with a variety of communication disorders and also feeding issues.

We are looking for therapists to work with us on a full-time basis.Both new grads and experienced therapists are welcome to apply, as we primarily concerned about the right person not level of experience. We offer training, weekly supervision and support. We also offer flexible work hours and weekly schedules. The belief being that if therapists are happy the result is a stable team.

Qualifications & experience

Registration with Speech Pathology Australia essential.

Current WWCC required.

Sense of fun ,creativity and enthusiasm that can be applied to sessions and to working within the team.

Excellent written and verbal skills.

We are taking applications from experienced therapists as well as new grads.

Reliable individual with strong and effective communication skills.

A team player,who values being a part of a team.





Highly motivated therapist who has a passion for delivering quality services.

Tasks & responsibilities

Providing one on one services ,as well as providing combined service delivery as is appropriate, eg, with one of our occupational therapist.

Planning, assisting in running and evaluation of groups with our multidisciplinary team ,e.g. readiness for school groups.

Working in a multidisciplinary team comprising of speech, occupational ,music and behaviour therapists.

Working with a range of communication disorders including ASD ,developmental delays, language delays ,fluency disorders.

Providing initial assessments and evaluating progress regularly using appropriate measures.

Preparing accurate and timely reports that will assist in future planning and recommendations.

Liason with schools,preschools and other professionals as is appropriate.

Modern state of the art work environment.

Frequent contact with the director on a weekly basis. Structured individualized mentoring, guidance and support.

Professional development is extensive and uncapped.

Flexibility in terms of work hours available, 4 day work week and flexi hours.

Generous above salary award, $85,000-$110,000+super+bonus.
