Our client, a well-regarded Sydney law firm, is continuing to grow and is looking to add an experienced Associate to its high-performing Commercial Law practice.

n

The firm has established a strong reputation for high-quality, commercially focused legal work, acting for a broad range of business owners, companies, investors, developers, and private clients.

n

The successful candidate will work closely with an experienced senior practitioner whose practice has a strong focus on M&A;, business acquisitions and disposals, corporate structuring, shareholder arrangements, commercial contracts, and property matters, including commercial leasing.

n

About you:

- 2+ years' post-qualification experience in Australia in corporate, commercial and/or property law.
n
- Demonstrated ability to manage matters with a degree of independence while working collaboratively within a close-knit, high-performing team.
n
- Collaborative, down-to-earth with a strong work ethic.
n
- Looking for genuine long-term career progression and increased responsibility.
