About the Role
As the face of our Service Department, you will play a critical role in creating outstanding customer experiences while coordinating service and repair work for our valued Land Rover owners.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and providing a premium service experience
- Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repairs
- Preparing accurate repair orders and cost estimates
- Liaising between customers and workshop technicians
- Providing regular updates throughout the repair process
- Recommending additional service work where appropriate
- Managing vehicle collections and final invoicing
- Building strong, long-term customer relationships
- Achieving customer satisfaction and departmental performance targets
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- The ability to build rapport and handle customer concerns professionally
- Strong administrative and computer skills
- A positive attitude and team-focused approach
- A current driver's licence
- Experience with Pentana or dealership management systems will be highly regarded
