Bendigo Toyota is looking for a Customer Serviceperson to work in our busy Service Department.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

n

Checking guests in for appointments into our Service Department

n

Phone support and some administration duties

n

Ensuring high customer service standards are maintained

n

Selling various Service Dept. value adds, options & products

n

Full Victorian manual driver licence a must

n

This is a very busy dept. and the ability to work in a rapid paced environment is a must.

n

Experience isn'tnecessary, buta nice telephone manner, excellent communication, organisation and inter-personal skills, good attention to detail and PC skills are a must.

n

Good general administration and computer skills are required in order to assist relevant staff and managers.

n

Hours 8.00am to 5.30pm Monday - Thursday and 7am to 3pm on Fridays.

n
