Food & Beverage Attendant (Multi-Venue, Large Hospitality Group)
Bankstown Sports Club is one of Sydney's leading hospitality and entertainment destinations, offering diverse dining experiences across La Piazza, Lady Banks, The Brewhouse and Marrow & Co.
From the fast-paced energy of La Piazza, our flagship and busiest restaurant, Sydney's largest Rooftop Bar Lady Banks, to the relaxed gastro-pub atmosphere of The Brewhouse, and the elevated dining experience at Marrow & Co., this role offers the opportunity to develop your skills across multiple hospitality concepts.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team on a casual basis. Team members with broad availability may have the chance to work regular rosters equivalent to part-time or full-time hours.
About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will help deliver exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests while working across a variety of venues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Taking and serving food and beverage orders
- Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Working collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Following food safety and responsible service requirements
About You
You will bring:
- A passion for hospitality and customer service
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Previous hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)
- Current NSW RSA Competency Card, or willingness to obtain one
