Real Time Monitoring in Melbourne, VIC is seeking a Technical Service Manager to lead our national field technician team. This hands-on leadership role will schedule, monitor SLA compliance, and develop the team while coordinating with internal stakeholders.
Youll report to the Chief Operations Officer and may undertake interstate travel to QLD, NSW, SA and WA. A paid on-call component is included in the role and a car allowance is provided.
