We’re looking for a Logistics/Warehouse Administrator to join a busy team within a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment.

About the Role

Working alongside the warehouse and logistics team, you’ll help keep orders, stock and freight organised and moving on time.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

- Processing and preparing orders for picking
- Printing and checking order paperwork
- Organising freight bookings and quotes
- Checking freight costs and ensuring information is accurate
- Prioritising orders based on deadlines and freight requirements
- Assisting with stock organisation and freight staging




- Helping with truck loading when required
- Preparing labels and paperwork
- Following up on orders and delivery timeframes
- Assisting with returned goods and stock checks
- Communicating stock requirements with other branches
- Supporting sales and warehouse teams with orders and product preparation
- Entering information into ERP/CRM systems
- General administration and day-to-day logistics tasks

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Organised and reliable
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Accurate with data entry and paperwork
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- A valuable communicator
- Proactive and willing to help wherever needed
- Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
- Interested in developing a career in logistics

Previous experience in logistics, warehouse administration, transport or a similar environmentis essential.
