Maintenance Property Service Officer - General Assistant

The prospect | A role where everyday matters

In this role you will support a range of generalist and labour activites essential to the operation of three of our locations - Calwell, Stirling and Queanbeyan. This could be moving furniture, deliverying goods, tuning a TV or setting up an event, you'll play an integral part in the team creating a world where our older people feel known, loved and connected.

The requirements | Whatyou’llneed to do this work

- A commitment to deliveringhigh qualitycustomer service with well-developed communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow directions, plan, schedule, coordinate and completeWarrigal’svarious asset maintenance programs within a team and work individually with minimal supervision
- A positive, professional attitude and ability to promote Warrigal in keeping with the organisation’s vision,purposeand values
