We do this because we LOVE it and we know we do it well. If you are reliable about old-school, classic hospo, we offer a wealth of knowledge amongst our senior staff. Just the head chef and I (owner) have almost 70 years experience in hospo.

Add our two senior staff on the floor and you'll get another 70 years experience = 140 years of experience in high end hospo.

What we’re looking for

- Previous experience as a bartender or section waiter, preferably in a similar fast-paced restaurant setting. More experience = higher pay.




- Strong attention to detail and the ability to learn and work quickly under pressure and under European old-school hospo management.
- Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work as part of a team
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and interest in anything hospo.
- If you're passionate about wine, beverages & food, and delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

The business on the coast has slowed down, yet, we are still going strong. We are in a busy spring and are upstaffing for an even busier Oktoberfest period and summer - plenty hours for you.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, casual environment and be part of delivering an authentic dining experience to our guests. We welcome applications for both casual and full-time positions. If you know another FOH boy or girl or even Chef, bring them along and scor a bonous of $500.00 if they stay until 1. Feb 2027.
