Marble Group in Australia is seeking a Leading Hand Heavy Diesel Fitter for a large underground hard rock mining operation. The role spans workshops, underground service bays and field duties, leading a team while remaining hands-on with a up-to-date fleet.

The position offers a 2:2 roster with 12-hour shifts, FIFO from major cities, and clear career progression with training and OEM-accredited courses. You will bring a trade qualification, a current licence, and recent underground mining experience.
