About the role

As a HR Driver, you will play a crucial role in our road transport operations, ensuring the safe and productive delivery of goods across the region. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company committed to excellence in the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Safely operating and maintaining refrigerated transport vehicles to deliver goods on time and in perfect condition
n
- Adhering to all relevant road transport regulations and company policies to ensure compliance
n




- Monitoring vehicle performance and conducting regular inspections to identify and address any issues
n
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of goods at pickup and delivery points where required.
n
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients
n
- Collaborating with the broader transport and logistics team to ensure seamless operations
n

To be successful in this role you'll have:

n

n
- Valid HR Licence
n
- Minimum 1 years' experience in Road Transport (Refrigerated Transport experience high regarded)
n
- Ability to provide a current traffic report
n
- Ability to operate a heavy vehicle in a professional & safe manner
n
- A punctual, reliable and courteous approach to all tasks
n
- Ability to pass a medical examination, including drug and alcohol testing
n
- A willingness to learn and be trained on electronic equipment, such as tablets, for reporting and monitoring driving hours
n
