Delivery Co-Ordinator & Customer Care (& Aftermarket)

Lancaster Motor Group is looking for someone to fill the role of Delivery Co-Ordinator/Customer Care & Aftermarket sales. Lancaster Motor Group is a large rural privately owned & operated car dealership representing; Ford, BYD, GMSV, Hyundai, Geely, Foton, Hyundai Trucks, Mitsubishi, Nissan & Suzuki.

Our sales admin team works alongside our Business Manager. This will report directly to the Business Manager & Sales Managers.

Some of the task that this role encompasses

- Reception Duties
- Sales Paperwork
- Assisting customers
- Selling of Used Car warranty products
- Selling Aftermarket Products
- Vehicle registrations - Services NSW
- Back up for Vehicle Finance
- Daily banking
- Customer follow up




- Updating & communicating with customers about their vehicle & delivery

We will provide on the job training for this role.

We are looking for a person who is organized, punctual, has a tidy appearance and a bright and bubbly personality and is able to deal with the general public face to face. This role is demanding from time to time and the applicant will need to be able to think on their feet.

Applicants must have a drivers license

The Job is full time Monday - Friday and every second Saturday.

Remuneration is a weekly retainer plus a monthly commission based on the performance of their Warranty and Aftermarket Sales.
