Mercy Aged and Community Care Ltd – Parkville VIC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Officer to support our Residential Aged Care Home and Seniors Living Units. You will ensure buildings, grounds and facilities are protected, functional and well‑maintained for residents, staff and visitors, carrying out repairs and preventative maintenance.

You will oversee contractors, identify improvements, and maintain records in a specialist maintenance system.
