This is a fully office-based position with no out-of-office work. You can focus on managing your portfolio, communicating with clients and tenants, and keeping everything moving without spending your day driving between properties.

About the Role

The role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing landlord and tenant relationships
- Maintenance coordination and follow-up
- Lease renewals and rent reviews
- Arrears management
- Reviewing inspection reports and actioning follow-up
- Managing entry and exit processes from the office
- Resolving tenancy matters before they become bigger problems
- Ensuring legislative and compliance requirements are met
All property inspections and other field-based appointments are completed by our dedicated team.
What we’re looking for
You’ll be an experienced Property Manager who:
- Knows how to manage a portfolio confidently
- Communicates clearly and follows through
- Understands Queensland tenancy legislation
- Stays calm when things get busy
- Takes ownership while knowing when to ask for support
- Is organised, practical and solutions-focused
- Brings good energy and contributes to the team
- Holds a current Queensland real estate registration
